Meet Carly

Carly is a certified fitness coach who helps women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. She is a mum of two and she trained through her two pregnancies.

She holds CrossFit Level 1 and Level 2 certifications, along with a Pregnancy & Postpartum Exercise Certificate from Dr. Sarah Duvall’s Core Exercise Solutions. Her mission is to support women at every stage of life — from rebuilding after birth to discovering the power of strength training for the very first time.

Before coaching, Carly spent 15 years working in TV and film, living a mostly sedentary lifestyle. At the age of 35, she discovered CrossFit — having never lifted a barbell or performed a proper squat before. The discovery of getting strong as the ultimate goal over making herself smaller and thinner changed everything. Through training, she found strength, confidence, and a community that redefined how she saw herself and her body.

Carly is also deeply passionate about nutrition and believes in fueling the body to feel strong — not to shrink it. She helps women break free from restrictive diets and instead focus on nourishment that supports performance, energy, and long-term well-being.

Carly is passionate about helping women build real, lasting strength — both physically and mentally — and find the same freedom and joy that she found through fitness and food freedom.
