Empowered Movement

This is our fitness and wellness subscription for all busy women who are looking to get fit and stay well doing short but effective workouts from home or your gym.

All our workouts are delivered via follow along videos. They are 30-40 minutes long and are saved on the platform so even live workouts can be performed in your own time.

Equipment

You need minimal equipment to do your workout.

  • A set of dumbbells and a long power band are needed (links sent in welcome packs) and a step i.e. a child’s step for the sink or the step or two of a stairs.

  • A kettlebell and a mini loop band is a bonus but not essential.
