Meet Sarah

Falling in love with being strong led Sarah to compete in powerlifting, but she soon realised strength alone wasn't the whole picture.

Sarah is a mum of two, Lennox (almost 4) and Billie (almost 1), wife to Jody, and proud owner of two dogs who keep her on her toes every single day!

Sarah's fitness journey wasn't a straight line. Growing up, she never considered herself sporty and spent years searching for something she truly loved. At 21, she walked into a gym for the first time, and everything changed. What started on the cardio machines gradually evolved into group classes, then personal training, and eventually powerlifting, a sport that shifted her entire mindset from how her body looked to what it could actually do.

Seeking a new challenge, she began working with Emma to build her conditioning, and then discovered CrossFit, the perfect combination of strength and fitness that she'd been looking for all along.

After years in the corporate sector, Sarah has made the exciting decision to step into the health and wellness space full time, channelling her passion for movement into helping others find theirs.

When she's not in the gym, you'll find Sarah lost in a good book or at a live gig. Music is her happy place, a love she inherited from her dad, and there's nothing she enjoys more than a great concert.
