Day 1 - Friday

3-4pm - Arrival and Check In (for our 2 night stay guests)

4.30pm - Local Hike (easy terrain, approx. 90mins, weather depending)

7.30pm- Supper

Day 2 - Saturday

6.30am- Morning Flow Yoga at The Deck with Selina

7am - Sweat Class with Emma at The Deck

8am-11am - Breakfast Served in The Green Room

10am-12noon - Empowered Retreat Exclusive Thermal Spa Access

10.30-11am - Arrival Time for Saturday Night Guests - Meet and Greet at The Deck (all welcome)

11.30am - Core Class with Emma and Selina

12.15pm - High Intensity Sweat Class with Emma

1.30pm - Healthy lunch in The Green Room

3pm - Room Check In for One Night Retreaters

3.30pm - Low Intensity/ Beginner Sweat Class

5.30pm - Candle Lit Yin Yoga and Meditation with Selina at The Deck

7.30pm - Dinner in The Library

Day 3 - Sunday

6.30am - Sunrise Morning Yoga and Breathwork with Selina -in the Dailinn Suite on 1st Floor or Beach weather depending

7am - Morning Sweat with Em in the Dailinn Suite on 1st Floor or Beach weather depending

8am-11am - Breakfast Served in The Green Room

10am-12noon - Empowered Retreat Exclusive Thermal Spa Access

12.30pm - Crystal Sound Bath and Cacao with Rachel Lenny- on the beach (weather permitting) or in the Dailinn Suite on 1st Floor

2pm - Hometime
